Pastor Green Audition Monologue

(Setting: Pastor Green speaks privately to someone who is struggling to hold their

marriage together.)

Pastor Green: I have watched people walk through storms that should have broken them. I have seen

love fall apart and rise again when no one believed it could. Healing never comes quickly.

It comes when you decide to stop fighting each other and start fighting for what matters.

You are carrying hurt, and I will not pretend it is small. But hurt is not the end of your story.

It is the place where you choose what happens next. You can keep tearing down what is

left, or you can decide that forgiveness is worth more than pride.

Look at the person beside you. Look at who they have been, and who they are trying to

become. If you want to rebuild, you must be willing to see them with new eyes. Love is not

proven in the easy moments. It is proven right here, when everything feels heavy and

uncertain.

If you can take one honest step toward grace, the next step will come. And the one after

that. You do not have to fix everything today. You only have to choose not to give up.
